⭐ Refund & Cancellation Policy – MyModels

1. Unlock Fee / Subscription Fee

All unlock fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once the user gains access to model details. Payments made for unlocking profiles are service-based and do not guarantee hiring or job confirmation.

2. Duplicate Payment

If a user is charged twice for the same transaction, the additional amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days after verification.

3. Service Availability Issues

In case a technical issue prevents access to unlocked information:

• Users may contact customer support for assistance.
• If the issue is verified and not resolved, a refund may be initiated.

4. Model or Client Cancellations

MyModels is a platform connecting models with clients. We are not responsible for:

• Last-minute cancellations
• Scheduling issues
• Personal disagreements between client and model

Payments made for unlocking model profiles are platform service fees and not hiring guarantees.

5. Account Termination

If a user violates platform rules or misuses data:

• No refund will be issued.
• The account may be permanently suspended.

6. Payment Disputes

Users must contact MyModels support before initiating any external dispute. Fraudulent refund claims may lead to legal action.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.
